باستخدام التطبيق، يوافق المستخدم على هذه السياسة وفقاً لما توضحه من ممارسات متعلقة بالخصوصية وحماية البيانات.
يجمع تطبيق سبوبه البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وربط العملاء بمقدمي الخدمات، وتشمل:

لا يجمع التطبيق الصور أو جهات الاتصال أو بيانات التقويم أو بيانات الميكروفون أو الكاميرا أو الموقع الدقيق أو معرّف الإعلانات.
نستخدم البيانات للأغراض التالية:
لا يعالج التطبيق أي مدفوعات داخلية. أي مدفوعات تتم نقداً وخارج التطبيق.
لا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض إعلانية أو تسويقية أو تحليلية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات.
لكننا نعتمد على مزودَي خدمة يعالجان البيانات نيابة عنا لتشغيل الخدمة:
قد يعالج هذان المزودان البيانات خارج بلد إقامتك، وهما ملزمان بموجب اتفاقياتهما معنا بمعالجتها لتقديم هذه الخدمات فقط.
تخزن بيانات التطبيق على خوادم Supabase في منطقة الاتحاد الأوروبي، بينما تخزن بيانات المصادقة ورموز الإشعارات لدى Google Firebase على بنيتها التحتية. نحتفظ بالبيانات بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة والامتثال للمتطلبات الأمنية والإدارية.
عند حذف حسابك، نحذف ملفك الشخصي وطلباتك والعروض المرسلة منك أو إليك ومحادثاتك ورسائلك وإشعاراتك ورموز إشعارات أجهزتك.
نحتفظ بسجل إداري محدود لإجراءات الإشراف والأمان (مثل أن حساباً قد حُذف، أو أن بلاغاً قد عولج). هذه السجلات لم تعد تعرّفك: تُزال الإشارة إلى حسابك وتُستبدل بقيمة فارغة. ونحتفظ بها لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام ولإثبات اتساق قرارات الإشراف.
للمستخدم الحق في:
يتوفر حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق عبر: الملف الشخصي ← "حذف الحساب نهائياً". سيُطلب منك إدخال كلمة المرور للتأكيد، والحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
وإذا تعذر عليك تسجيل الدخول، يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك عبر البريد الإلكتروني الموضح في القسم 11، أو من خلال صفحة حذف الحساب على الرابط: https://saboba-legal.pages.dev/delete-account
طلبات الخدمة والعروض ورسائل المحادثات يكتبها المستخدمون أنفسهم، لا نحن.
يوفر التطبيق أدوات داخلية للإبلاغ عن المحتوى أو السلوك المسيء ولحظر مستخدم آخر. يراجع فريق الإدارة البلاغات، وقد يزيل محتوى أو يوقف أو يحذف الحسابات المخالفة لقواعدنا.
ولمعالجة البلاغ نعالج المحتوى المُبلغ عنه والحسابات المعنية وسبب البلاغ، ونحتفظ بسجل إداري بالنتيجة كما هو موضح في القسم 5.
التطبيق مخصص للمستخدمين البالغين من عمر 18 عاماً فأكثر. لا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من الأطفال أو من أي مستخدم يقل عمره عن 18 عاماً.
قد نحدث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنقوم بإخطار المستخدمين داخل التطبيق أو من خلال وسيلة مناسبة قبل أو عند سريان التحديث.
الوصول إلى بيانات المستخدمين مقيّد بسياسات أمان على مستوى الصفوف في قاعدة البيانات، فلا يصل أي مستخدم إلا إلى بياناته. أما الوصول الإداري فمقصور على عدد محدود من الحسابات ويجري تسجيله.

The app does not collect photos, contacts, calendar data, microphone data, camera data, precise location, or advertising ID.
We use data to:
The app does not process payments. Payments are cash-based and handled outside the app.
We do not sell user data, and we do not share it with any third party for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes. The app contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK.
We do rely on two service providers, which process data on our behalf in order to run the service:
These providers may process your data outside your country of residence. They are bound by their agreements with us to process it only to provide these services.
Application data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU region. Authentication records and notification tokens are stored by Google Firebase on its own infrastructure. We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet security and administrative requirements.
When you delete your account, we delete your profile, your service requests, the offers you sent or received, your conversations and messages, your notifications, and your device notification tokens.
We retain a limited administrative record of moderation and security actions (for example, that an account was deleted, or that a report was actioned). These records no longer identify you: the reference to your account is removed and replaced with an empty value. We keep them to protect the service against abuse and to show that moderation decisions were applied consistently.

Account deletion is available inside the app at: Profile -> "حذف الحساب نهائياً" ("Delete account permanently"). You will be asked to enter your password to confirm, and the deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Service requests, offers, and chat messages are written by users, not by us.
The app provides in-app tools to report objectionable content or behaviour and to block another user. Reports are reviewed by our administrators, who may remove content, suspend, or delete accounts that breach our rules.
To handle a report we process the reported content, the accounts involved, and the reason given. We keep an administrative record of the outcome as described in section 5.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or from users under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users inside the app or through another appropriate method before or when the update takes effect.
Access to user data is restricted by database row-level security policies, so users can only reach their own data. Administrative access is limited to a small number of accounts and is logged.
