باستخدامك تطبيق سبوبه أو إنشائك حساباً عليه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
سبوبه منصة وساطة تربط العملاء بمقدمي الخدمات في مصر. نحن لسنا طرفاً في أي اتفاق بينك وبين الطرف الآخر، ولا نقدم الخدمات المعروضة على المنصة بأنفسنا، ولا نضمن جودتها أو مواعيدها أو نتائجها.
الاتفاق على تنفيذ الخدمة وعلى سعرها وعلى موعدها يتم بين العميل ومقدم الخدمة مباشرة، وهما وحدهما المسؤولان عن تنفيذه.
الاستخدام متاح لمن بلغ 18 عاماً فأكثر. لكل شخص حساب واحد، وأنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تدخلها وعن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم من حسابك.
لا يعالج التطبيق أي مدفوعات. تتم كل المدفوعات بين العميل ومقدم الخدمة نقداً وخارج التطبيق، ونحن لسنا طرفاً فيها ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي نزاع بشأنها.
قد تُستحق على مقدم الخدمة عمولة عن الطلبات المكتملة التي حصل عليها عبر المنصة. تُحسب العمولة وتُحصّل خارج التطبيق، ويُعرض مقدارها لمقدم الخدمة.
يُمنع استخدام التطبيق في أي مما يلي:
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تنشره أو ترسله، وتقر بأن لديك الحق في نشره.
يتيح التطبيق لكل مستخدم الإبلاغ عن محتوى أو سلوك مخالف، وحظر أي مستخدم آخر. الحظر يمنع تبادل الرسائل بين الطرفين في الاتجاهين.
نراجع البلاغات ونتصرف بشأنها بما نراه مناسباً.
يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه، بإشعار أو بدونه، إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو إذا كان استخدامك يضر بمستخدمين آخرين أو بالخدمة.
ويجوز لك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب إذا تعذر عليك تسجيل الدخول.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» ودون أي ضمان. لا نضمن استمرار عمله دون انقطاع أو خلوه من الأخطاء.
لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي ضرر ينشأ عن التعامل بين العميل ومقدم الخدمة، أو عن جودة الخدمة المقدَّمة، أو عن محتوى ينشره مستخدم آخر، أو عن انقطاع الخدمة.
لا يحد هذا البند من أي مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون المصري استبعادها.
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تعديل جوهري سنخطر المستخدمين داخل التطبيق أو بوسيلة مناسبة أخرى. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التعديل يعني قبولك له.
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المصري، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using the Saboba app or creating an account on it, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Saboba is a marketplace that connects clients with service providers in Egypt. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the other side, we do not perform the services listed on the platform, and we do not guarantee their quality, timing, or outcome.
The scope, the price, and the schedule of any job are agreed directly between the client and the provider, and they alone are responsible for carrying it out.
The app is for users aged 18 and above. One account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that takes place through your account.
The app processes no payments. All payment between a client and a provider is in cash and outside the app. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for any dispute about it.
A provider may owe a commission on completed jobs obtained through the platform. Commission is calculated and collected outside the app, and its amount is shown to the provider.
You may not use the app to:
You are solely responsible for the content you post or send, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
Every user can report content or behaviour that breaks these rules, and can block another user. A block stops messages between the two parties in both directions.
We review reports and act on them as we consider appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or if your use harms other users or the service.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app, or through the account deletion page if you can no longer sign in.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for any loss arising out of a dealing between a client and a provider, the quality of a service performed, content posted by another user, or an interruption of the service.
Nothing here limits liability that Egyptian law does not allow to be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify users inside the app or by another appropriate method. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
